Is abdomen CoolSculpting okay for someone with an insulin pump that is usually worn on the stomach/safe for type 1 diabetics?
I was recently told that Coolsculpting is not recommended for someone with type 1 diabetes because it is not as effective if you are insulin dependent. Can an insulin pod for the pump be placed back on the stomach area and not effect the insulin absorption? Of course, the pod can be placed on other areas of the body, but wondering how long someone would have to wait for it to be placed back on the abdomen area.
I’m interested to see how often I have to get recurring treatments.
I had Coolscultping a week ago now and my rheumatologist had to give me a steroid injection today. He gave me a general injection into my buttock to help with the pain all over. He was insistent that I had it but I’m now worrying that it will affect my results!
What could cause burn? Will it leave a scar? Does it still freeze the fat?
Has it been successful? I’m 61 and no matter the exercises I do for once toned arms, it’s not working. If successful, I’m anxious to try it.
