What do I do if hair growth occurs after IPL photo-led facial on other parts of my face where it wasn’t before?

I had a limelight laser treatment 4 days ago. I have many freckles and sun spots. I had a full-face treatment. What should my face be looking like at this point? I expected to see many “coffee ground spots”, but I’m not. There are about a dozen tiny dark spots, the size of a pinprick that are the coffee ground colour, but that’s it. Can I expect to see more happen or is this it?
